Rebecca trained in Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu London and set up Kitchen Confident in 2018.

She has appeared on TV, radio and in National newspapers, written and taught creative cookery workshops at Stamford Endowed Schools summer school and gained professional kitchen experience working in restaurants, including learning from the award-winning team at The Olive Branch.

The vision for Kitchen Confident is to offer a relaxed and homely environment to clients whatever their experience to cook together, socialise and eat.

Along the way we demystify terminology and technique and instil real confidence and inspiration in the cook.

Rebecca started her teaching journey as a teaching chef in grass root enterprise kitchens for Hubbub.

And currently regularly freelances as a lead teaching chef at the excellent Cambridge Cookery School and for local event caterer Kate Cooks.

A crew of four experienced chefs and a kitchen assistant make up the full team at Kitchen Confident and on bigger classes you will find us all.
