Knife Skills SOLD OUT

If you’ve ever wanted to learn your way around a set of knives, and gain in confidence with a core skill, join us to learn how to perfectly joint a chicken and fillet a fish.

We will make some delicious sauces and dips as we go and learn to Brunoise, chiffonade and julienne.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult, youngest age 16.
