Half Term Tweens / Teens

A day of seasonal cooking, learning lots of new technique and making a full feast for lunch. They will all make something delicious to take home to share.

Aimed at a creative keen cook who wants to spend the day doing something new - with no washing up! 

Menus are subject to change but could include making some of the following; sushi, empanadas, pasties, sausage rolls, coleslaw, bread baking, meat balls, goujons, flat breads and lamb kofte, wood-fired pizzas, pesto, mayonnaise, hummus. All classes include an element of knife skills and the use of food processors and machinery.

No previous experience is necessary but a keen interest in cooking helps.

This class is aimed at tweens and teens (secondary school), contact me if you are unsure.
