This pasta workshop starts with a homemade cake and drink, and a menu and technique discussion.

Next, we set about making our pasta doughs using traditional italian methods.

We will stuff and shape some wonderful tortellini as well as work as a team to complete several pasta sauces.

At the end of the class everyone will sit down for the large homemade pasta lunch with a glass of wine.

The sense of accomplishment and reward is palpable on this workshop, there is a lot of learning, hands on cookery and it’s a great social too.
