Next, we will make our free-range egg pasta doughs using traditional methods.
We will learn to stuff and shape some pretty little tortellini as well as work as a team to complete several pasta sauces.
At the end of the class everyone will sit down for the large homemade pasta lunch with a glass of wine.
The sense of accomplishment and reward is palpable on this workshop, there is a lot of learning, hands on cookery and it’s a great social too.
