This pasta workshop starts with a homemade cake and drink, and a menu and technique discussion.

Next, we set about making our pasta doughs using traditional italian methods.

As a team we will divide up the jobs to complete several pasta sauces and at the end of the class everyone will sit down for a large homemade pasta lunch - made by them.

The sense of accomplishment and reward is palpable on this workshop, there is a lot of learning, hands on cookery and it’s a great social too.
