This class is aimed at a keen baker, who would like to spend the day learning about bread. There will be the opportunity to make homemade English muffins to create a sausage and egg (Mc) Muffin for lunch, and cinnamon knots to take home.

The sense of accomplishment and reward is palpable on this workshop, there is a lot of learning, hands on cookery and it’s a great social too.
